Abstract
Efficient cooperation of Health System with the other relevant sectors and systematic, innovative, holistic, multisectoral, multitematic and multidisciplinary approach to the health data and violence and injury prevention and safety promotion, will significantly contribute to the improvement of analytical health system capacities, better life quality and wellbeing of society.
The health system is considered as one of the most complex systems, and therefore the relevant and real health data is very complex. It is necessary to improve the system until the achievement of standardized automated reporting and comparability of valid data for all health indicators. Currently, improvement of the health data will be achieved implementation of the Strategy for improvement of Road Safety 2024–2030, Early Childhood Development Strategy 2023–2028, Child violence prevention 2024–2027 and Strategy for development of Digital Health 2024–2029, which will generate significant health and injury data from different national sectors. Modern approach to health generates complex data and requires the application of knowledge from several scientific disciplines in order to achieve effective management based on scientific facts, valid, timely, standardized and accurate data on system performance and population health. It is necessary to have unified and complete data, focused on the patient, applied diagnostics, therapy, rehabilitation, treatment as a whole, as well as treatment costs and implications on other sectors and systems, applied procedures, the course of treatment and the results of treatment.
Also, this approach, with an emphasis on personalized medicine in order to achieve better treatment results, should include other factors that directly affect health, like place of patient‘s stay during the medical treatments and/or rehabilitation, therapy, food, air condition, climate and social component, in order to improve and promote health and healthy lifestyles based on scientific facts and contribute to research work in several sectors. Monitoring and evaluation of health services will generate more realistic picture of health system and health status of population and better conditions for measures implementation for wellbeing of society.
